Friday, June 25, 2021 — Nissan Stadium Lot R, — Dear Music Nonprofit has launched a music experience in Downtown Nashville!
Dear Music Fest is the house party, and music festival for the entire family!
The three day, all-inclusive music festival takes place Friday through Sunday, June 25th-27th, 2021, at Nissan Stadium Lot R and Downtown Nashville Riverfront Park. Located in Downtown Nashville — Dear Music Fest is the perfect getaway for music lovers who prefer to “experience” live music and interact with artists and vendors amidst beautiful settings.
The 2021 lineup features a diverse range of major celebrity industry, gospel and independent label acts, spanning genres like R&B, electronic, gospel, pop-soul, jazz, soulful electronic dance music, hip-hop, and more. Including live performances by contestants from "The Voice, American Idol, and America’s Got Talent!
Friday, June 25th | Nissan Stadium Lot R will feature some lyrical goodness (Rap Cypher), along with some fresh magnetic energy, and distinct musical beat styles as we will host a DJ Battle at the Dear Music Block Party. The line up includes Trappermale Dale, Malcolm Dewayne, Luh Stain, Lul menace, Vicky Love, Mia Michelle, Daisha McBride, Namir Blade, FU Stan, the Unknown Friends, and more.
Saturday, June 26th | Downtown Riverfront Park will feature some of the best hits by major celebrity acts: Lil Flip, DJ Unk, DJ Luke Nasty, Fabo, Nashville All Star Band, along with performances by "American Idol, America's Got Talent, and The Voice!" Casme, Aliana Jester, and Quintavious Johnson!
Sunday, June 27th | Nissan Stadium Lot R will feature some of the top local and industry selling and inspirational gospel artists: Dr. Bobby Jones, Canton Jones, Pastor Mike Jr., San Franklin, Adrianne Lewis-Freeman, Vincent Tharpe & Kenosis, Nate Bean & 4Given, EJ Fields, Greg Harris, DOE, Titus Showers, The Beard Sisters and more.
The festival also include carnival style kids’ programming specifically designed so parents can watch the music with or without their kids. Including a special appearance by T-Rac, NFL Tennessee Titans Mascot! Attendees are welcome to participate in all shows and activities at no extra cost. In fact 0-12 years are free to attend!

ARTS AND CRAFTS VENDORS: Our goal is to showcase varied types of handmade/handcrafted arts and crafts. We are accepting Ceramics, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metalwork, Mixed Media, Skin Care, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, and Wood.
FOOD VENDORS: Our goal is to showcase varied types of cultural, and healthy food options. We are accepting Pop Up Food Vendor (Tent) and Food Trucks.
NONPROFIT VENDOR: Only applies to 501c3 organizations.
COMMERCIAL (CORPORATE) VENDORS: Only applies to vendors selling or promoting a domestic or imported product or commercial service.
ACTIVITY OR DEMONSTRATIONS: FREE based on approval and space availability. No sales permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds. As a courtesy, please contact us if you need to cancel. No substitution of vendors without written request.
Note: We do get last minute cancellations and no-shows. If you are seeking a last-minute booth, please call (270.933.5051) immediately.

Vendor spaces are 10x10 spaces.
VENDOR SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Upon arrival, you will check in with the Vendor Coordinator and will be directed to your space assignment. Your assigned space number will be emailed to you with the approval of your application. Do not transport individuals in the back of pickup trucks. (Nor should they be allowed to stand in or on the vehicles.)
VENDOR PARKING: Parking is free for vendors and designated just for you. Please place your booth # and parking permit on the driver’s side of your dashboard. WARNING: YOU WILL BE TOWED or TICKETED IF YOU PARK IN UNAUTHORIZED AREAS! Dear Music is not responsible for, and will not pay for, any parking violations of any kind.
BOOTH / TENT REQUIREMENTS: All Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, electricity, cords (connections). DO NOT ATTACH OR DRIVE NAILS, STAKES OR SCREWS TO FENCES, CEMENT, BRICK OR ANY GRASSY AREAS. Your tent must be secured and weighted with sandbags or other weights like milk jugs filled with sand attached to the legs of your booth.
BOOTH SET-UP: Setup begins at 7am and must be completed by 11:30am. Breakdown begins after 7:00pm and must be completed by 9:00 pm. NO EARLY DEPARTURES! DO NOT Start to Load-In Until You Have Met Festival Staff and Have Been Told To Proceed. A volunteer set-up supervisor will be on hand to assist and get you into the right location. AS A GENERAL RULE PLEASE BE EFFICIENT AND FAST, and ALWAYS RESPECTFUL.
WASTE MANAGEMENT: DO NOT “FEED THE GROUND!” All food vendors are required to bring 2 garbage cans, one in front of your booth for customer use and one for your use. Food vendors are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and disposing of their garbage from both cans throughout the festival weekend. It is your responsibility to always keep your area clean. Also, please clean your area thoroughly and pick up all trash before your departure. Vendors will be monitored for compliance. Anyone caught not following waste disposal rules will be required to pay damage and cleanup fees and will be required to pay a damage deposit in the future, should you be invited to return.
Waste Management Plan:
CASH AND COIN: Vendors are responsible for their change. Bring enough cash and coins for the entire weekend. Dear Music will not provide WIFI, please be prepared to have WIFI or your own personal hotspot for debit/credit card transactions.
RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT: The Dear Music Festival is a family friendly environment. Please be respectful of those surrounding you, being mindful of your choice of language. We want the festival experience to be enjoyed by all.
ALCOHOL POLICY: Vendors will not be permitted to sale alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) beverages. Do not give out alcoholic beverages, especially to someone you don’t know.

Dear Music Inc. will provide day and night security. Police will be also present throughout the weekend along with EMS services. Dear Music, is not liable for theft or vandalism. We strongly encourage all vendors to carry insurance for liability and theft.

Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the stadium.
Please have all approved clear bags open and ready for screening.
Please have face covering on prior to approaching the vehicle screening.
There will be enhanced vehicle screening of all vehicles that pass through and park within close proximity of the event, prior to entry. All “Vehicle is subject to screening by security upon entry.”
The safety of our vendors, staff, and attendees is our highest priority.
