Thomias and the Beale Street Artcrawl has gone to Hollywood!!! Thomias (Rainbow Mosho), visual artist, author, and Beale Street Artcrawl young artistpreneuer has gone to HOLLYWOOD! Thomias is featured in the documentary “Living Out Loud” filmed by Hoplite Entertainment, an Emmy award winning production company.
The documentary features Scott Scovell Hamilton, retired American figure skater and Olympic gold medalist. Her biggest fans and support system Yadira Calderon, her father and brother Charles Calderon along with the Founder of Beale Street Artcrawl, Victoria Franklin.
The film features Thomias realities as well as victories living with Autism. It also documents her preparing for the Beale Street Artcrawl Festival that happens on America’s most iconic street “Beale Street” located in Memphis, Tennessee.

VENDOR CATEGORIES:
ARTS AND CRAFTS VENDORS: Our goal is to showcase varied types of handmade/handcrafted arts and crafts. We are accepting Ceramics, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metalwork, Mixed Media, Skin Care, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, and Wood.
FOOD VENDORS: Our goal is to showcase varied types of cultural, and healthy food options. We are accepting Pop Up Food Vendor (Tent) and Food Trucks.
NONPROFIT VENDOR: Only applies to 501c3 organizations.
COMMERCIAL (CORPORATE) VENDORS: Only applies to vendors selling or promoting a domestic or imported product or commercial service.
ACTIVITY OR DEMONSTRATIONS: FREE based on approval and space availability. No sales permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds. As a courtesy, please contact us if you need to cancel. No substitution of vendors without written request.
Note: We do get last minute cancellations and no-shows. If you are seeking a last-minute booth, please call (phone number will be updated soon) immediately. Cash Only Day-Of if space is available

Vendors will be required to attend a virtual orientation meeting with the committee. You will be notified of the date and time.
LIMITED VENDOR SPACES:
We have limited vendor spaces due to social distancing. We have a total of 46 Vendor spots available for Friday, June 25th and Sunday, June 27th located at Nissan Stadium (Lot R). Every vendor will be spaced out by every other parking spot.
VENDOR SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Upon arrival, you will receive your parking permit and booth# after checking in with staff and will be directed to your space assignment. Your assigned space number will be emailed to you. Do not transport individuals in the back of pickup trucks. (Nor should they be allowed to stand in or on the vehicles.)
VENDOR PARKING: There are parking lots available around Beale Street
Dear Music is not responsible for, and will not pay for, any parking violations of any kind.
BOOTH / TENT REQUIREMENTS: All Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, electricity, cords (connections). DO NOT ATTACH OR DRIVE NAILS, STAKES OR SCREWS TO FENCES, CEMENT, BRICK OR ANY GRASSY AREAS. Your tent must be secured and weighted with sandbags or other weights like milk jugs filled with sand attached to the legs of your booth.
BOOTH SET-UP: Setup begins at 7am and must be completed by 11:30am. Breakdown begins after 6:00pm. NO EARLY DEPARTURES! DO NOT Start to Load-In Until You Have Met Festival Staff and Have Been Told To Proceed. A volunteer set-up supervisor will be on hand to assist and get you into the right location. AS A GENERAL RULE PLEASE BE EFFICIENT AND FAST, and ALWAYS RESPECTFUL.
WASTE MANAGEMENT: DO NOT “FEED THE GROUND!” All food vendors are required to bring 2 garbage cans, one in front of your booth for customer use and one for your use. Food vendors are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and disposing of their garbage from both cans throughout the festival weekend. It is your responsibility to always keep your area clean. Also, please clean your area thoroughly and pick up all trash before your departure. Vendors will be monitored for compliance. Anyone caught not following waste disposal rules will be required to pay damage and cleanup fees and will be required to pay a damage deposit in the future, should you be invited to return.
CASH AND COIN: Vendors are responsible for their change. Bring enough cash and coins for the entire weekend. Dear Music will not provide WIFI, please be prepared to have WIFI or your own personal hotspot for debit/credit card transactions.
RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT: The Beale Street Artcrawl Festival is a family friendly environment. Please be respectful of those surrounding you, being mindful of your choice of language. We want the festival experience to be enjoyed by all.
ALCOHOL POLICY: Vendors will not be permitted to sale alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) beverages. Do not give out alcoholic beverages, especially to someone you don’t know.

Security will be present throughout the event. Dear Music, is not liable for theft or vandalism. We strongly encourage all vendors to carry insurance for liability and theft.
Please have face covering on prior to approaching the event area.
The safety of our vendors, staff, and attendees is our highest priority.
